When a business uses ReviewLift to request your feedback after a service visit, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The service you received and provider name
- Your rating and any feedback you provide
This information is provided to ReviewLift by the business you visited (our client), with your consent at the point of service.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information solely to:
- Send you a one-time SMS or email requesting your feedback
- Route your feedback (public reviews to Google, private feedback to the business you visited)
- Maintain a record of the request for the business's reference
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information to send you marketing messages of any kind.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number to a ReviewLift client business, you consent to receive a one-time SMS from ReviewLift requesting your feedback about your recent visit.
To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP to any message from ReviewLift. Your number will be immediately suppressed and you will receive no further messages. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is one message per service visit.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for 12 months after your most recent interaction with our system. To request earlier deletion, email [email protected] with your phone number or email address and we will remove your data within 14 days.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we have about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of SMS messages at any time

Children's Privacy
ReviewLift is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
