Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReviewLift, a service provided by WebMobileFusion LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using ReviewLift, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

ReviewLift is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps local service businesses request and route customer feedback. Businesses subscribe to ReviewLift to deploy a branded review-request system. Their customers may interact with that system after receiving service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReviewLift in accordance with applicable law, including:

• The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• The CAN-SPAM Act
• FTC guidelines on testimonials and reviews
• Google's review platform policies
• State and local consumer protection laws

You may NOT use ReviewLift to:

• Solicit reviews in exchange for compensation, discounts, or anything of value (a violation of FTC rules and Google's policies)
• Send messages to people who have not consented to receive them
• Misrepresent your identity, business, or services
• Impersonate another person or business
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Send messages on behalf of any business other than the one you have subscribed for
• Request reviews from competitors' customers or non-customers

Subscription and Payment

ReviewLift is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. Pricing is provided at sign-up and may include a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee.

Payment is processed via Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected].

Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees are not pro-rated; if you cancel mid-month, your service continues through the end of the paid period.

Cancellation

You may cancel ReviewLift at any time, for any reason, by emailing us with 30 days' notice. Upon cancellation:

• Your service URL continues operating through the end of the paid period
• We will provide a CSV export of your data within 14 days of request
• No refunds will be issued for partial months

Data Ownership

You own all customer data, reviews, feedback, and other content generated through your use of ReviewLift. We own the underlying software, code, branding, and platform technology. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with a CSV export of all your data within 14 days of request.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ReviewLift is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including:

• Specific review counts or ranking improvements
• Specific Google Maps positions
• Customer response rates
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

Results depend on your execution and many external factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you have paid in the 90 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Lost reviews or rankings
• Reputation damage
• Loss of business opportunity

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of ReviewLift, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Henry County, Georgia.
